Dr. Mohammad S. Shafi co-founded Dialysis Care Center and Kidney Care Center. A nephrologist with extensive clinical experience, he brings a commitment to compassionate care and better outcomes for people living with chronic kidney disease or kidney failure. He also chairs the board of trustees at the IPAC Foundation.
Dr. Babajide Salako has led Dialysis Care Center as Chief Executive Officer since 2014. A trained internal medicine physician with an MBA from George Washington University, he brings international healthcare experience, operational leadership, and a background in disaster response and business continuity to his role.
Dr. Umair Haider has served as General Manager of DCC Consultants since 2022. He helped establish the offshore office in Lahore and expand its teams. A King Edward Medical University graduate, he brings experience in healthcare management and operations to the organization’s continued development.
Dr. Tunji Alausa founded Kidney Care Center and Dialysis Care Center. An accomplished nephrologist, his work has focused on expanding kidney care, including in underserved communities. His experience spans clinical practice, medical research, teaching, and the development of healthcare organizations across the United States.
